Quality Assurance

Rite Way has always been on the cutting edge of housekeeping services and stays up on the latest trends in an effort to offer our customers the latest products. Our research has found performing quality control inspections and retaining the information electronically is desired. In fact, our on-site personnel have the ability to perform quality control inspections via handheld devices.

Rite Way has partnered with two providers of electronic inspection systems as part of our Quality Assurance. One of these systems, CleanTelligent, is stored off-site and accessed via the Web. The other, CompuClean, is offered via our relationship with one of our trusted vendor partners, Spartan Chemical, and is maintained in-house.

Our inspection software allows Rite Way to load very detailed site specific data including specific building names, or areas within the customer facility. We are able to load building rooms and specific maintenance items within each area. Buildings can be customized as necessary. This site specific data can then be loaded onto our inspectors' handheld devices and inspections can be conducted at any time. Our managers can quickly conduct trend analysis or identify areas of deficiencies. The quality reports become part of our Quality Assurance Program.

Our Quality Assurance provides a wide range of fully customizable features to meet the unique needs of every user. We can utilize all of these functions for an all-in-one custodial management solution or select only the modules that our customers need. Either way, these products can be easily integrated into the cleaning processes for our customers to provide enhanced reporting and documentation abilities.

Quality Assurance modules produce custom quality inspections with the click of a button. We can document the results of our quality inspections effortlessly and generate a host of reports and graphs that clearly illustrate our data.
