FAQs
Commonly asked questions may arise during your janitorial service provider selection process. In an effort to address potential questions, some of the most Frequently Asked Questions are listed below:
Q: What type of Quality Assurance Program do you have in place?
A: Rite Way offers a Web-based Quality Assurance program that assigns individual passwords and is accessible through any World Wide Web connected device. Several customers appreciate up-to-the-minute access to our inspection results from the convenience of their desk.
Rite Way also provides new customers a detailed start-up plan 30-days prior to the start-date. Once the contract has started, Supervisors regularly complete Job Inspection Reports and other proactive quality assurance reports designed specifically for facility cleaning service providers. Rite Way also generates a number of management reports to our operations/management personnel with the most accurate and up-to-date information about customer accounts. We can provide our customers with a detailed schedule of all non-routine work and work orders enabling management staff and customers to effectively monitor our results. Our Cleaning Industry Management Standard – Green Building with Honors (CIMS-GB) certification is another independently verified assurance that we provide quality service.
Q: How do you ensure your commercial cleaning service crew is trustworthy?
A: Rite Way conducts thorough background checks and screens each and every employee. Our Human Resources Department handles the screening of applicants via Social Security Number traces, criminal records searches, E-Verify procedures, and more. Rite Way has thorough screening procedures in place because we understand how important it is to your business. Contact us for more information about our background screening.
Q: My building has unique cleaning issues. How do your managers customize service?
A: Most buildings with unique cleaning issues require initial pre-bid inspections, and we are well equipped for such. Pre-bid meetings are attended by a team of Rite Way experts during the bidding process to ensure that we understand the expected scope of work and that our pricing will accurately reflect all necessary tasks. We spend considerable time engineering an effective cleaning plan that includes all tasks and is competitively priced. Once awarded a contract, our management team meets with the appropriate customer personnel to further review the specifications, or Scope of Work. Clarity of expectations is one initial key of a successful relationship. Rite Way employs many managers with a variety of backgrounds, years of experience, and unique expertise who ensure that specific job descriptions are clearly stated and explained. Obviously, the investment of time to understand unique cleaning issues is the only way we will be successful, and we invest much of our time to ensure we understand unique requirements and the appropriately customized services.
Q: A missed trashcan may be inevitable, so how do you respond if a building cleaning issue arises?
A: Simply stated, with a sense of urgency.
We will handle it to your satisfaction and follow-up to ensure all has been resolved. We offer a variety of ways to stay in touch because communications are a key factor of strong relationships. Some customers prefer to send a quick email. Others like to send a text message. And some still prefer the traditional on-site log book.
And if you want to call – please do! Our headquarters’ toll-free phone number has always been and is still answered by a live operator Mondays through Fridays, 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Central Time). If you need to call “after hours,” an on-duty manager is available twenty-four hours a day, three hundred sixty-five days a year.
